Refund Policy

Recreto ("Service") operates the following refund policy in compliance with the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.

1. Refund Eligibility

  • A full refund is available within 7 days of purchase, only if no AI photo generation has been initiated.
  • Free credits (bonuses, promotions) are not eligible for refund.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

  • If even one AI photo generation has been started (based on request time)
  • If more than 7 days have passed since purchase
  • If the account has been suspended for Terms of Service violations

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Email: Send your refund request to [email protected].
  • Support: You can request a refund through the Support Center → Contact Us in the service.
  • Required info: Include your account email, purchase date, and reason for refund.

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving your request.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • For card refunds, it may take an additional 3-7 business days depending on the card issuer.
  • Payment processing fees charged by payment processors (Toss Payments, Polar.sh) may not be refunded.

5. Legal Basis

This refund policy is governed by the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and related enforcement decrees of the Republic of Korea. For digital content, withdrawal of subscription may be restricted once content delivery has begun (Article 17, Paragraph 2).
